1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this personal OAuth client and connecting it with Rclone, you agree to these Terms of Service. This application is designated exclusively for personal, lawful use with Google Drive.
2. Permitted Use
This client application is intended solely to facilitate direct communication between your personal installation of the open-source Rclone software and your personal Google Drive storage. You agree not to use the client credentials for commercial redistribution, unauthorized automated mass scraping, or any unlawful purposes.
3. User Responsibility & Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your local rclone.conf configuration file, your OAuth Client ID, and Client Secret. Any operations initiated through your local Rclone CLI are performed under your own direction and responsibility.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The application and associated integration materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the developer or creator be liable for any data loss, API rate limiting, account suspension, or incidental damages arising from your usage of Rclone or Google Drive APIs.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary to comply with relevant Google API policies or updates to the Rclone project.

2. 允许的使用范围
本客户端仅用于支持您本地安装的开源软件 Rclone 与您个人的 Google Drive 云端存储之间建立直接连接。您不得将该凭据用于商业分发、恶意滥用、未经授权的爬取或任何违反适用法律及 Google 政策的行为。
3. 用户责任与凭据安全
您对妥善保管本地的 rclone.conf 配置文件、OAuth Client ID 以及 Client Secret 负有全部责任。通过本地终端命令行发起的所有文件读取、移动、写入及删除操作均由您自行控制与承担。
4. 免责声明与责任限制
本客户端及相关页面均按“现状”（AS IS）及“现有”基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。对于因使用 Rclone 或 Google Drive API 而可能导致的任何数据丢失、配额耗尽、账户受限或连带损失，开发者不承担任何赔偿责任。
5. 条款变更
我们保留根据 Google API 政策要求或 Rclone 项目更新需要随时修订本条款的权利。
